Abstract

A solenoid valve controller comprises a solenoid valve (C) that has a closed state where its plunger (a) touches the seat (b) and an open state where the plunger (a) is away from the seat; and control means (e) for carrying out pulse-width modulation control to energize the coil (d) that drives the plunger (a) of the solenoid valve (C). The coil (d) is provided in parallel with means (e) for producing regenerated current. The control means (e) is provided with detector means (g) for detecting the regenerated current. The control means (e) is adapted to perform pulse-width modulation control based on the output from the detector means (g). As a result, the position of the plunger can be detected by simplified inexpensive means that does not require an increase in the force of attraction of the solenoid coil.

L'invention se rapporte à un contrôleur à robinet électromagnétique qui comporte d'une part un robinet électromagnétique (C) qui est à l'état fermé lorsque son piston plongeur (a) est en contact avec le siège (b) et à l'état ouvert lorsque ledit piston plongeur (a) est éloigné du siège, et d'autre part un organe de commande (e) conçu pour effectuer une commande à modulation par impulsion de durée variable permettant d'exciter la bobine (d) qui commande le piston plongeur (a) du robinet électromagnétique (C). Ladite bobine (d) est disposée parallèlement à l'organe (e) de manière à produire du courant régénéré. L'organe de commande (e) est doté d'un organe détecteur (g) conçu pour détecter le courant régénéré. L'organe de commande (e) est conçu pour effectuer une commande à modulation par impulsion de durée variable sur la sortie de l'organe détecteur (g). Il est par conséquent possible de détecter la position du plongeur au moyen d'un organe simplifié et peu onéreux qui ne nécessite pas d'accroissement de la force d'attraction de la bobine du solénoïde.
