Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zur serienfähigen, zerstörungsfreien Ultraschall-Prüfung auf Fehler $m(g)50 $g(m)m von keramischen Lagerelementen (Rollen und Kugeln), beinhaltend den gesamten Transport der Prüflinge, die Prüfung selbst und ihre Auswertung. Erfindungsgemäß werden mindestens zwei Ultraschallprüfköpfe eingesetzt, mit denen gleichzeitig die Messung unter verschiedenen Azimutwinkeln $g(a) erfolgt. Während der Messung rotiert die Kugel um eine Rotationsachse, während die Ultraschallprüfköpfe gleichzeitig um die dazu senkrechte Schwenkachse geschwenkt werden.

The invention relates to a device and a method for the in-series, non-destructive ultrasound testing of ceramic bearing elements (rollers and balls) for defects $m(g)50 $g(m)m. The inventive method provides for the transport of the test pieces throughout, the test itself and the evaluation of the test. According to the invention, at least two ultrasound testing heads are used to take the necessary measurements at various azimuth angles $g(a) at the same time. During the measuring process, the ball rotates about an axis of rotation at the same time as the ultrasound testing heads are pivoted about the pivot axis which is arranged perpendicular thereto.

L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé pour le contrôle par ultrasons, en série et non destructif, de défauts supérieurs à 50 $g(m)m d'éléments de roulement céramiques (rouleaux et billes), englobant le transport intégral des échantillons, le contrôle lui-même et son évaluation. Selon l'invention, on utilise au moins deux têtes de contrôle par ultrasons avec lesquelles la mesure se fait simultanément sous différents angles d'azimut $g(a). Pendant la mesure, la bille tourne autour d'un axe de rotation alors que les têtes de contrôle par ultrasons pivotent simultanément autour de l'axe de pivotement perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation.
