Verfahren zur serienmässigen Überlastprüfung (Prooftest) von Ventilen (1) aus (Siliciumnitrid-) Keramik für deren sicheren Einsatz im Hubkolben-Motor, bei welchem der Ventilsitz einer Belastungsprüfung durch Zugbelastung des Tellerrandes unterworfen wird. Die Zugbelastung des Tellerrandes erfolgt durch punktuelles Abstützen der Unterseite des Tellerrandes und punktuelle Kraftbelastung (Fproof,Sitz) der Oberseite des Tellerrandes in Richtung der Ventilachse. Eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens enthält: a) einen Ventilhalter (2) für den Ventilschaft, b) mindestens ein Abstützelement (4', 4'), welches in Kontakt zur Unterseite des Tellerrandes des Ventils steht, c) mindestens ein Belastungselement (6', 6'), welches in Kontakt zur Oberseite des Tellerrandes des Ventils steht, wobei d) das Abstützelement und/oder das Belastungselement in Richtung der Ventilachse eine Belastungskraft (Fproof,Sitz) auf den Tellerrand ausüben können. Zusätzlich enthält die Vorrichtung vorzugsweise eine Einrichtung zur Prüfung der Umlauf-Biegebelastung der Ventile (1) mit mindestens einem Seitenbelastungselement (9', 9'), welches in Kontakt zum Seitenrand des Tellerrandes eines Ventils steht.

The invention relates to a method for series proof-testing (silicon nitride) ceramic valves (1) for reliable use in a lifting motor. According to said method, the valve seat is subjected to a load test in which the disk edge is subjected to a tensile load, the underside of the disk edge being supported at specific points and the upper side of the disk edge being subjected to a force (Fproof,seat) at specific points in the direction of the valve axis. A device for carrying out the method contains the following: a) a valve holder (2) for the valve shaft; b) at least one support element (4', 4'), which is in contact with the underside of the disk edge of the valve; c) at least one load element (6', 6'), which is in contact with the upper side of the disk edge of the valve; d) the support element and/or the load element being able to exert a loading force (Fproof,seat) on the disk edge in the direction of the valve axis. The device preferably also contains a device for testing the rotating flexural load of the valves (1), comprising the at least one side load element (9', 9') which is in contact with the side edge of the disk edge of a valve.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour l'essai de surcharge en série de soupapes (1) en céramique (de nitrure de silicium), qu'on exécute pour garantir une utilisation sûre des soupapes dans un moteur à piston alternatif et dans lequel on soumet le siège de soupape à un test de charge par charge de traction du bord de disque. On procède à la charge de traction du bord de disque par appui ponctuel de la face inférieure du bord de disque et charge dynamique ponctuelle (Fessai,siège) de la face supérieure du bord de disque en direction de l'axe de soupape. L'invention concerne également un dispositif servant à l'exécution du procédé et contenant: a) un porte-soupape (2) pour la queue de soupape, b) au moins un élément d'appui (4', 4') en contact avec la face inférieure du bord de disque de la soupape, c) au moins un élément de charge (6', 6') en contact avec la face supérieure du bord de disque de la soupape, d) l'élément d'appui ou l'élément de charge pouvant exercer une charge (Fessai,siège) sur le bord de disque en direction de l'axe de soupape. En outre, le dispositif selon l'invention comporte, de préférence, un dispositif pour l'essai de charge de flexion rotatoire des soupapes (1), pourvu d'au moins un élément de charge latéral (9', 9') en contact avec le bord latéral du bord de disque d'une soupape.
