Abstract
(EN)
A hydraulic pressure booster includes a housing (12) having a pump portion (14), a shaft portion (18); and a turbine portion (16). The pump portion (14) has a pump inlet (52) and a pump outlet (54). The turbine portion (16) has a turbine inlet (62) and a turbine outlet (64). The turbine portion (16) and pump portion (14) are fluidically separated by the shaft portion (18). A shaft (38) is supported by a bearing (30) within the shaft support portion (18). The shaft (38) extends between the pump portion (14) and turbine portion (16) and has a pump impeller (40) and a turbine impeller (42) located in its respective portion. The shaft (38) defines an axis of the housing (76). A thrust load reducer (78) is provided within the turbine portion (16) to reduce axial thrust toward the thrust bearing (70).

Selon cette invention, un surpresseur hydraulique comprend un boîtier possédant une partie pompe, une partie arbre et une partie turbine. La partie pompe comporte un orifice d'admission et un orifice de refoulement. La turbine comporte également un orifice d'admission et un orifice de refoulement. Les parties turbine et pompe sont séparées par fluides au moyen de la partie arbre. Un arbre repose sur un palier à l'intérieur de la partie de support d'arbre. L'arbre s'étend entre la partie pompe et la partie turbine; il comprend un rotor de pompe et un rotor de turbine, qui sont montés dans ses parties correspondantes. L'arbre détermine un axe du boîtier. Un réducteur de poussée axiale disposé dans la partie turbine réduit la poussée axiale dirigée vers le palier de poussée.
