Abstract

The system finds application with the motor vehicles provided with internal combustion engines and with at least one auxiliary hydraulic mechanism. It integrates the function of providing hydraulic liquid under pressure for the auxiliary hydraulic mechanism with functions of utilising the energy of the exhaust gases of the engine and inertia energy in slowing down the speed of the vehicle and/or the engine, as well as supporting the starting system of the engine. It consists of a gas turbine (1), hydraulic pump (2), hydraulic accumulator (3), sensor (4) for the pressure and/or the quantity of liquid in the hydraulic accumulator, sensor(s) (5) for the engine regime, two electrically operated valves (6) and (8) and two non-return valves (7, 9), microcomputer (10), hydraulic machine (motor pump) (11), mechanical transmission (12), tank (13) and respective pipes. Provided, as a result of the connections between the units and the changes in them, operated by the microcomputer (10) is a hydraulic transmission between the gas turbine (1) and the hydraulic accumulator (3) and a reverse hydraulic transmission between the shaft of the engine (15) and the hydraulic accumulator (3), as well as feeding of the auxiliary hydraulic mechanism (14) with a hydraulic liquid under pressure from the hydraulic accumulator (3).

La présente invention concerne un système pour véhicule automobile équipé de moteur à combustion interne et au moins un mécanisme hydraulique auxiliaire. Ce système incorpore la fonction d'alimentation en produit hydraulique sous pression pour le mécanisme hydraulique auxiliaire aux fonctions d'utilisation d'énergie des gaz d'échappement du moteur et d'énergie inertielle dans la réduction de la vitesse du véhicule et/ou du moteur, tout en contribuant au système de démarrage du moteur. Il es constitué d'une turbine à gaz (1), d'une pompe hydraulique (2), d'un accumulateur hydraulique (3), d'un capteur (4) de la pression et/ou de la quantité de liquide dans l'accumulateur hydraulique, de capteurs (5) du régime moteur, de deux soupapes à commande électrique (6) et (8) et de clapets de non-retour (7) et (9), d'un micro-ordinateur (10), d'une machine hydraulique (motopompe) (11), d'une transmission mécanique (12), d'un réservoir (13) et de conduits respectifs. Suite aux connexions effectuées entre les unités et les modifications qui s'y produisent, commandées par le micro-ordinateur (10), une transmission hydraulique entre la turbine à gaz (1) et l'accumulateur hydraulique (3) et une transmission hydraulique inverse entre l'arbre du moteur (15) et l'accumulateur hydraulique (3) sont produites, ainsi qu'une alimentation du mécanisme hydraulique auxiliaire (14) en liquide hydraulique sous pression à partir de l'accumulateur hydraulique (3).
