Abstract

The present invention relates to a synthetic fibrous web. The web contains a polyphenylene p-phthalic diamide fiber, a polyethylene glycol p-phthalate fiber and mica. The synthetic fibrous web is resistance to high temperature, flame and chemical corrosion, having high strength, low deformation, and superior dielectric properties, which can be used for a variety of application, such as acting as dielectric substances in the machines and electrics, aviation, military and civil fields, and high pressure electric equipments and high temperature environment equipments. The web can also be used for construction materials of composite. Also, the invention provides a process of making the synthetic fibrous web.

L'invention concerne une cellulose synthétique renfermant une fibre diamide p-phtalique polyphénylène, une fibre p-phtalate glycol polyéthylène et une poudre de mica. Cette cellulose synthétique est caractérisée par sa résistance aux températures élevées, sa résistance, sa facile déformation, son ininflammibilité, sa résistance à la corrosion chimique et son isolation électrique. Cette invention trouve une application dans les secteurs de l'électromécanique, de l'aviation, l'aéronautique, de la défense, de l'aviation de pointe ainsi que dans les installations piézo-électriques, dans les matériaux isolants dans un environnement à haute température. L'invention peut encore trouver une utilité dans les matériaux composites servant de matière de structure. Fait aussi l'objet de cette invention le procédé de fabrication de la cellulose synthétique.
