The present invention relates to a coating application device that includes a hopper (1) used for supplying a powder mixture and comprising a feeder-doser (2) as well as a mixing chamber (3). The device also includes a system (5) for supplying a working gas to the mixing chamber (3) as well as a system (4) for supplying the working gas to the feeder-doser (2), wherein both systems are connected to a working gas source (6). The device further includes a spraying head (7) comprising an annular collector (8), an annular supersonic nozzle (9), a rotating device (10) and a hollow channel (11) provided under the article. The rotating device (10) is made in the shape of a ring, is axially symmetrical relative to the central axis of the head (7) and is coupled and communicates with the annular supersonic nozzle (9). The axis of the annular rotating device is an extension of the axis of the annular supersonic nozzle (9) and is arranged at an angle of 90° ±5° relative th ereto. The outlet section of the annular rotating device (10) is oriented in the direction opposite to the central axis of the spraying head. It is thus possible to increase the yield while improving the manufacturability and economical characteristics of the device.

Cette invention concerne un dispositif permettant d'appliquer un revêtement, lequel comprend une trémie (1) servant à l'alimentation en mélange poudreux et comportant un alimentateur-doseur (2) ainsi qu'une chambre de mélange (3). Ce dispositif comprend également un système d'alimentation en gaz de travail (5) vers la chambre de mélange (3) ainsi qu'un système d'alimentation en gaz de travail (4) vers l'alimentateur-doseur (2) qui sont connectés à une source de gaz de travail (6). Ce dispositif comprend aussi une tête de pulvérisation (7) comportant un collecteur annulaire (8), une buse supersonique annulaire (9), un dispositif rotatif (10) et un canal creux (11) placé sous l'article. Le dispositif rotatif (10) est de forme annulaire, est axialement symétrique par rapport à l'axe central de la tête (7), et se trouve couplé et communique avec la buse supersonique annulaire (9). L'axe du dispositif rotatif annulaire représente une continuation de l'axe de la buse supersonique annulaire (9), et est disposé à un angle de 90° ±5° par rapport à ce dernier. La section de sortie du dispositif rotatif annulaire (10) est orientée du côté opposé à l'axe central de la tête de pulvérisation. Il est ainsi possible d'accroître le rendement et d'améliorer les caractéristiques économiques et de fabrication du dispositif.
