Es wird ein Verfahren vorgestellt, mit dem mittels Auswaschung und elektrodynamischer Prozesse und daraus resultierender Schockwellen Asche aus Müllverbrennungsanlagen und mineralische Rückstände in kurzer Zeit derart konditioniert werden, daß das prozessierte Gut chemisch inert ist und sofort, ohne Belastung der Umwelt weiter verwendet werden kann. Eine Anlage, mit der das Verfahren stromarm - und damit mit geringem Verschleiß wichtiger Bauteile - wirtschaftlich durchgeführt wird, wird beschrieben.

The invention relates to a method by means of which ashes of incineration plants and mineral residues are conditioned in a short time, using washout and electrodynamic processes and shock waves resulting therefrom as well as pulsed high-voltage discharge, in such a way that the processed material is chemically inert and can be used instantly without harming the environment. A plant is described by means of which the method can be carried out by using little energy. The method is thus cost-effective and important components are subject to little wear.

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant que des cendres provenant d'installations d'incinération d'ordures, ainsi que des résidus minéraux, soumis à des extractions par lavage et à des processus électrodynamiques utilisant des décharges pulsées à étincelles sous haute tension et des ondes de choc qui en résultent, soient conditionnés en peu de temps de telle façon que le produit traité soit chimiquement inerte et puisse être utilisé immédiatement sans nuire à l'environnement. L'invention concerne également une installation permettant de mettre en oeuvre économiquement, sous faible intensité de courant et, de ce fait, avec une moindre usure des principaux composants le procédé précité.
