This invention relates to a hot melt moisture cure polyurethane composition which is the reaction product of a polyether polyol formed from a compound selected from the group consisting of ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, 1,2-butylene oxide, 1,4-butylene oxide and mixtures thereof; a low molecular weight polyalkylene glycol having from 3 to 7 carbon atoms; a crystalline polyester polyol having a melting point from about 40 °C to about 120 °C; and at least one polyfunctional isocyanate component wherein said composition has a moisture vapor transmission rate of greater than about 100 g/m2/day film thickness of from about 450 to 500 g/m2, and hydrolysis resistance.

L'invention concerne une composition thermofusible de polyuréthanne durcissant à l'humidité, qui est le produit réactionnel d'un polyol de polyéther préparé à partir d'un composé sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par oxyde d'éthylène, oxyde de propylène, oxyde de 1,2-butylène, oxyde de 1,4-butylène et leurs mélanges ; d'un polyalkylène glycol de faible poids moléculaire possédant de 3 à 7 atomes de carbone ; d'un polyol de polyester cristallin dont le point de fusion est situé entre 40 °C et 120 °C ; et d'au moins un isocyanate polyfonctionnel, ladite composition présentant un taux de transmission d'humidité supérieur à 100 g/m2/jour, une épaisseur de feuil située entre 450 et 500 g/m2 et une résistance à l'hydrolyse.
