Compounds having an antitumor activity and causing no morphological change in cells. Compounds of general formula (I), pharmaceutically acceptable salts of them and solvates thereof, and medicinal compositions containing the same. In formula (1), X and Z represent each CH or N; R1-3 represent each H, optionally substituted alkoxy, etc.; R4 represents H; R5-8 represent each H, halogeno, alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, nitro or amino, provided that all of R5-8 do not represent H simultaneously; R9 and R10 represent each H, alkyl or alkylcarbonyl; and R11 represents alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl or aralkyl.

La présente invention concerne des composés ayant une action antitumorale et n'induisant pas de modification morphologique au niveau des cellules. En l'occurrence, cette invention concerne ces composés de formule générale (I), leurs sels acceptables sur le plan pharmaceutique et leurs solvates, ainsi que des compositions médicamenteuses contenant également (I), où X et Z représentent chacun CH ou N; R1-3 représentent chacun H, éventuellement alcoxy substitué, etc.; R4 représente H; R5-8 représentent chacun H, halogéno, alkyle, alcoxy, alkylthio, nitro ou amino, sous réserve que la totalité de R5-8 ne représente pas H simultanément; R9 et R10 représentent chacun H, alkyle ou alkylcarbonyle; et R11 représente alkyle, alcynyle, alkynyle ou aralkyle.
