The invention relates to a pneumatic conveyor for lightweight empty bottles (1) of the type incorporating a support flange (2) in an area of the neck (3), said conveyor comprising two bodies (12) disposed between support tracks (5) of said flange (2) and a pair of upper tracks (11). The bodies (12) comprise passages (13) communicating with a pressurizable chamber (7) on one end and with blow nozzles (6) expelling air jets against the flange (2) of the bottles (1) on the other end. The pressurizable chamber (7) is comprised of an envelope (8) that can be easily detached and that is made of a flexible impermeable material such as canvas. The upper tracks (11) and bodies (12) are connected to the structure (4) by rigid means while the tracks (5) are connected by elastic means to enable extraction of jammed bottles (1). Spectacle plates enable regulation of air flow through the passages (13).

Transportador neumático de botellas (1) ligeras, vacías, del tipo que incorporan una valona (2) de sustentación en una zona de su gollete (3), cuyo transportador comprende unos cuerpos (12) dispuestos entre un par de pistas de apoyo (5) de dicha valona (2) y un par de pistas superiores (11), comprendiendo dichos cuerpos (12) unos pasajes (13) que comunican por un extremo con una cámara (7) presurizable y por el otro con unas boquillas de soplado (6), que expulsan unos chorros de aire de empuje contra la valona (2) de las botellas (1). La cámara presurizable (7) está formada por una envolvente (8), fácilmente desmontable, de un material flexible e impermeable, tal como una lona. Las pistas superiores (11) y cuerpos (12) están unidos a la estructura (4) por medios rígidos, mientras que las pistas (5) lo están por unos medios elásticos que permiten la extracción de botellas (1) atascadas. Unas placas obturadoras sirven para regular el paso de aire por los pasajes (13).

L'invention concerne un transporteur pneumatique de bouteilles (1) légères et vides du type qui comprennent un collier de support (2) au niveau de leur goulot (3). Ce transporteur comprend des corps (12) placés entre deux pistes de support (5) dudit collier (2) et deux pistes supérieures (11). Lesdits corps (12) comprennent des passages (13) qui communiquent par une extrémité avec une chambre (7) pressurisée et par l'autre extrémité, avec des buses de soufflage (6) qui génèrent des jets d'air exerçant une poussée contre le collier (2) des bouteilles (1). La chambre pressurisée (7) est formée par une gaine (8) aisément démontable, constituée d'un matériau souple et imperméable, comme de la toile. Les pistes supérieures (11) et les corps (12) sont assemblés à la structure (4) par des moyens rigides. Les pistes (5) sont assemblées par des moyens élastiques qui permettent d'extraire les bouteilles (1) coincées. Des plaques d'obturation permettent de réguler la circulation de l'air dans les passages (13).
