Eine Bremsanlage mit hydraulischer Bremskraftverstärkung weist eine hydraulische Betätigungseinheit (2), die ein Hydraulikreservoir (3), ein Bremspedal (4), einen Bremsdruckgeber (5) und einen Pedalweg-Simulator (6) umfaßt, eine einen Druckerzeuger umfassende Hydraulikeinheit (7), eine hydraulische Radbremseinrichtung (8) und ein Steuergerät (9) zur Koordinierung der Funktionen der Betätigungseinheit (2), der Hydraulikeinheit (7) und der Radbremseinrichtung (8) auf. Der Pedalweg-Simulator (6) besitzt ein veränderliches Verdrängungsvolumen (10), das über eine Hydraulikleitung (11) mit dem Hydraulikreservoir (3) verbunden ist. Um elektro-hydraulische Bremsen mit einfachen Mitteln störsicherer auszubilden, ist eine Rückförderleitung (12) zwischen der Radbremseinrichtung (8) und dem Verdrängungsvolumen (10) des Pedalweg-Simulators (6) vorgesehen. Außerdem ist in der Hydraulikleitung (11) zwischen dem Hydraulikreservoir (3) und dem Verdrängungsvolumen (10) des Pedalweg-Simulators (6) ein Rücklaufventil (13) angeordnet, welches im Störfall - bei defekter Bremsanlage (1) - in eine die Hydraulikleitung blockierende Sperrstellung versetzbar ist.

The invention relates to a brake system with hydraulic brake booster, comprising a hydraulic actuating unit (2) having a hydraulic fluid reservoir (3), a brake pedal (4), a brake force regulator (5) and a pedal simulator (6); a hydraulic unit (7) comprising a pressure generator; a hydraulic wheel brake device (8); and a control device (9) for coordinating the functions of the actuating unit (2), the hydraulic unit (7) and the wheel brake device (8). The pedal simulator (6) has a variable displacement volume (10) which is connected to the hydraulic fluid reservoir (3) via a hydraulic line (11). To provide more reliable electrohydraulic brakes using simple means the invention provides for a return line (12) between the wheel brake device (8) and the displacement volume (10) of the pedal simulator (6). In addition, a non-return valve (13) is positioned in the hydraulic line (11) between the hydraulic fluid reservoir (3) and the displacement volume (10) of the pedal simulator (6). In case of malfunction, i.e. brake system (1) failure, the valve can be moved into a stop position in which it blocks the hydraulic line.

L'invention concerne un système de freinage à assistance au freinage hydraulique, qui comporte une unité d'actionnement hydraulique (2) comprenant un réservoir hydraulique (3), une pédale de frein (4), un transmetteur de pression de freinage (5) et un simulateur de course de la pédale (6), une unité hydraulique (7) comprenant un générateur de pression, un dispositif de frein sur roue hydraulique (8) et un appareil de commande (9) pour coordonner les fonctions de l'unité d'actionnement (2), de l'unité hydraulique (7) et du dispositif de frein sur roue (8). Le simulateur de course de pédale (6) comporte un volume de refoulement (10) variable, relié au réservoir hydraulique (3) par l'intermédiaire d'une conduite hydraulique (11). Afin de mettre au point des freins électro-hydrauliques faibles avec des moyens simples, il est prévu une conduite de retour (12) entre le dispositif de frein sur roue (8) et le volume de refoulement. Il en outre prévu dans la conduite hydraulique (11), entre le réservoir hydraulique (3) et le volume de refoulement (10) du simulateur de course de pédale (6), un clapet de retour (13) qui peut être déplacé dans une position de fermeture bloquant la conduite hydraulique en cas de panne (lorsque le système de freinage est défectueux).
