Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gravierorgan einer elektronischen Graviermaschine zur Gravur von Druckzylindern, das aus einem um kleine Winkel oszillierenden Drehsystem (6, 8, 9, 10, 14), einem Antriebssystem (1, 7) für das Drehsystem (6, 8, 9, 10, 14) und aus einem an dem Drehsystem (6, 8, 9, 10, 14) angebrachten Gravierstichel (15) zur Gravur von Näpfchen (20) in dem Druckzylinder (16) besteht, wobei der Gravierstichel (15) jeweils zur Gravur eines Näpfchens (20) eine auf den Druckzylinder (16) gerichtete Hubbewegung ausführt. Zur Vergrösserung des Freiwinkels ($g(a)) des Gravierstichels (15) ist dieser bezüglich einer senkrecht zur Mantelfläche (17) des Druckzylinders (16) verlaufenden Bezugsgeraden (26) in Richtung (19) der Gravur der Näpfchen (20) gekippt angeordnet. Durch die gekippte Anordnung des Gravierstichels (15) lassen sich insbesondere gestauchte Näpfchen (20) tonwertrichtig gravieren.

The invention relates to an engraver of an electrical engraving machine for engraving pressure cylinders. The engraver consists of a rotating system (6, 8, 9, 10, 14) which oscillates around small angles. The engraver further consists of a drive system (1, 7) for the rotating system (6, 8, 9, 10, 14) and of a graver (15) that is arranged at the rotating system (6, 8, 9, 10, 14). The graver is used to grave cup-shapes (20) in the pressure cylinder (16) by carrying out a lifting movement directed at the pressure cylinder (16). The clearance angle ($g(a)) of the graver (15) is arranged in a tilt in the direction (19) of the engraving of the cup-shapes (20) in relation to a line of reference (26) which extends vertically to the generated surface (17) of the pressure cylinder (16). Said clearance angle ($g(a)) is thus enlarged. Especially buckled cup-shapes (20) can be engraved in the correct tone value using the tilted arrangement of the graver (15).

L'invention concerne un organe à graver d'une machine à graver électronique pour la gravure de cylindres d'impression, comprenant un système rotatif (6, 8, 9, 10, 14) oscillant d'une faible variation angulaire, un système d'entraînement (1, 7) pour le système rotatif (6, 8, 9, 10, 14) et un ciseau graveur (15) monté sur ledit système rotatif pour la gravure de petits godets (20) dans le cylindre d'impression (16), le ciseau graveur (15) effectuant, pour la gravure de chaque petit godet (20), un mouvement de levée sur ledit cylindre d'impression (16). En vue d'accroître l'angle de dépouille ($g(a)) du ciseau graveur, l'invention est caractérisée en ce que le ciseau graveur (15) est disposé basculant dans le sens (19) de la gravure des petits godets (20), par rapport à une droite de référence (26) perpendiculaire à la surface latérale (17) du cylindre d'impression (16). Grâce à cette disposition basculante du ciseau graveur (15), il est possible de graver suivant des tonalités correctes, des petits godets (20), en particulier des godets refoulés.
