Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Bearbeitung planer Flächen einer Scheibenbremse (1) für Kraftfahrzeuge. Erfindungsgemäss wird eine aus Radnabe (2) Wälzanordnung (3) und äusserem Lagerring (4) bestehende Radlagereinheit mit der fahrzeugseitigen Montagefläche (5) des Lagerringes (4) auf einem Werkstückträger (6) aufgespannt und wird die Radnabe (2) der Radlagereinheit rotierend angetrieben. Dabei wird eine an der Radnabe (2) vorhandene Flanschfläche für eine Bremsscheibe oder werden die Bremsflächen einer an der Flanschfläche (1) montierten Bremsscheibe bearbeitet.

The invention relates to a method for machining plane surfaces of a disk brake (1) for motor vehicles. According to the invention, a wheel bearing unit consisting of a wheel hub (2), a roller arrangement (3) and an external bearing ring (4) is fixed on a workpiece support (6) with the vehicle side mounting surface (5) of the bearing ring (4) and the wheel hub (2) of the wheel bearing unit is driven in rotation. A flange surface (1) which is provided on the wheel hub (2) for a brake disk or the braking surfaces of a disk brake which is mounted on the flange surface is/are machined.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour l'usinage de surfaces planes d'un frein à disque (1) pour des véhicules automobiles. Dans le procédé selon l'invention, on fixe une unité de roulement de roue, constituée d'un moyeu (2), d'un système de roulement (3) et d'une bague de roulement externe (4), avec la surface de montage côté véhicule (5) de la bague de roulement (4) sur un porte-pièces (6) et on fait tourner le moyeu (2) de l'unité de roulement de roue. On usine alors une surface de bride (1) pour un disque de frein sur le moyeu (2) ou les surfaces de frein d'un disque de frein monté sur la surface de bride.
