Screen deck assembly (10) has a locking system for retaining a plurality of modular screen panels (20) in such a manner that they can be individually replaced, if desired. The system includes sets of abutting retainer bars (18) which each have half of a generally cylindrical opening (28) which is adapted to receive generally cylindrical sleeve members (30). The sleeve members extend through the retainer bars and also through openings (14) in underlying support frame members (12). Locking pins (32) inserted into the sleeve members expand the sleeves to lock the retainer bars relative to the support member. Separation of the retainer bars is prevented by downwardly extending continuous annular ring portions (72) on the sleeve members which are seated in complementary semi-circular grooves (61) formed in each of the abutting retainer bars. The sleeve members can be made in a range of sizes with varying outer diameters at their lower ends to accommodate wear or varying dimensions of the openings in the support frame members.

Cette invention concerne un assemblage de surface de criblage (10), comprenant un système de verrouillage destiné à fixer une pluralité de panneaux de criblage modulaires (20) de sorte qu'ils puissent, au besoin, être remplacés de manière individuelle. Le système comprend un ensemble de barres de retenue (18) adjacentes, possédant chacune la moitié d'une ouverture (28) généralement cylindrique, conçue pour recevoir des manchons (30) généralement cylindriques. Les manchons passent à travers les barres de retenue ainsi qu'à travers des ouvertures (14) situées dans des éléments de structure de support (12). Des boulons de fixation (32), insérés à l'intérieur des manchons, dilatent les manchons de manière à bloquer les barres de retenues par rapport aux éléments de structure de support. On empêche la séparation des barres de retenue par l'utilisation de manchons possédant des parties annulaires continues (72) dirigées vers le bas et destinées à s'encastrer dans des gorges semi-circulaires (61) complémentaires, formées dans chacune des barres de retenues adjacentes. Les manchons peuvent être de tailles différentes, variant en fonction du diamètre extérieur de leurs parties inférieures, ce qui leur permet de s'adapter à l'usure ou aux dimensions différentes des ouvertures des éléments de structure de support.
