Verfahren zur Aufarbeitung von zumindest teilweise desaktivierten Polymerisationskatalysatoren für die Polymerisation oder Co-Polymerisation von THF, die mit den Produkten der Polymerisation bzw. Co-Polymerisation von THF verunreinigt sind, bei dem (a) in einem ersten Schritt der Polymerisationskatalysator durch Behandlung mit Wasserdampf bei einer Temperatur von 80 bis 250 °C und einem Druck von 0,5 bis 40 bar gereinigt wird und vorzugsweise (b) in einem zweiten Schritt der gereinigte Polymerisationskatalysator regeneriert wird.

The invention relates to a method for processing at least partly deactivated polymerization catalysts for the polymerization or copolymerization of THF which are contaminated with the polymerization or copolymerization products of THF. The inventive method comprises the following steps: (a) purifying in a first step the polymerization catalyst by treating it with water vapor at a temperature of 80 to 250 °C and a pressure of 0.5 to 40 bar and preferably (b) regenerating the purified polymerization catalyst in a second step.

L'invention concerne un procédé de régénération de catalyseurs de polymérisation ou de co-polymérisation de THF au moins partiellement désactivés, ces catalyseurs étant souillés par les produits issus de la polymérisation ou de la co-polymérisation de THF. Ce procédé consiste (a), dans un premier temps, à nettoyer le catalyseur de polymérisation par un traitement à la vapeur d'eau à une température de 80 à 250 °C et à une pression de 0,5 à 40 bar et, de préférence, (b) dans un deuxième temps, à régénérer le catalyseur de polymérisation.
