The invention concerns compounds of formula (I) wherein: R1 and R2, identical or different, represent a saturated or unsaturated alkyl radical, branched or not and containing 1 to 7 carbon atoms; R3 to R8, identical or different, represent a hydrogen, an alkyl branched or not and containing 1 to 5 carbon atoms, an acyloxy, branched or not and containing 1 to 5 carbon atoms, a halogeno, nitro, hydroxy, acyl or alkoxy group containing 1 to 5 carbon atoms, a dialkylamino group containing 1 to 5 carbon atoms, a trifluoromethyl or trifluoro methoxyl group; Z represents an oxygen or sulphur atom or methylene; m represents an integer between 0 and 4 inclusively; n represents an integer between 2 and 7 inclusively; and their pure enantiomers and mixtures, the therapeutically acceptable mineral or organic salts of the compounds of formula (I) and their possible hydrates.

L'invention concerne de nouvelles 1, 2-alcoyl-1-[1-[aryl (alcoyl)oxyalcoyl] pipéridin-4-yl]-3-aryl isothiourées substituées, leur préparation et leur application en thérapeutique. Ces composés répondent à la formule (I): dans laquelle: R1 et R2 égaux ou différents représentent un radial alcoyle saturé ou non, ramifié ou non renfermant de 1 à 7 atomes de carbone, R3 à R8 égaux ou différents représentent un hydrogène, un alcoyle ramifié ou non renfermant 1 à 5 atomes de carbone, un alcoyloxy ramifié ou non renfermant 1 à 5 atomes de carbone, un groupement halogéno, nitro, hydroxy, acyle ou acyloxy comportant 1 à 5 atomes de carbone, un groupement dialcoylamino renfermant 1 à 5 atomes de carbone, un groupement trifluorométhyle ou trifluoro méthoxyle; Z représente un atome d'oxygène ou de soufre ou un méthylène; m représente un nombre entier variant de 0 à 4 inclus; n représente un nombre entier compris entre 2 et 7 inclus ainsi que leurs énantiomères purs et leurs mélanges, et les sels minéraux ou organiques thérapeutiquement acceptables des composés de formule (I) et leurs hydrates éventuels.
