Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein naturbelassenes Nahrungsmittel mit einem hohen Anteil an Honig gemäss der Patentanmeldung 199 03 969.0 vorzuschlagen. Durch Beimengungen von pflanzlichen Bestandteilen wird der typische, sehr süsse Honiggeschmack durch von pflanzlichen Bestandteilen bestimmte Geschmacksrichtungen überlagert. Die dem Honig und den Pflanzenteilen innewohnenden wertvollen Bestandteile bleiben in dem herzustellenden Honigprodukt erhalten. Verwendung findet dieses naturbelassene Produkt mit Honig vorzugsweise als Aufstrichmasse sowie als Ausgangsstoff für die Herstellung von Naturheilmitteln und als Zusatzstoff für die Herstellung von Back- und Konditorwaren sowie Müsli und Cornflakes, Molkereiprodukten und Eiscremes, bei der Getränkeherstellung und als Zuschlagstoff für Halb- und Fertiggerichte.

The invention relates to a natural foodstuff containing a high proportion of honey according to Patent Application 199 03 969.0. By mixing vegetable constituents, the typical very sweet taste of honey is superimposed by tastes determined by vegetable constituents. The valuable constituents inherent to honey and to the vegetable parts are preserved in the honey product that is to be produced. This natural product comprising honey is preferably used as coating materials, as a starting material for producing natural therapeutic agents and as an additive for producing cakes and pastries, muesli and cornflakes, dairy products and ice creams, and can be used in the production of beverages, and as aggregates for semi-prepared and convenience foods.

L'objectif de l'invention est la création d'un produit alimentaire laissé à l'état naturel, comportant une grande proportion de miel, selon la demande de brevet 199 03 969.0. Par adjonction de composants végétaux, des goûts définis par ces composants végétaux s'ajoutent au goût de miel typique très doux. Les composants précieux inhérents au miel et aux parties végétales sont conservés dans le produit à base de miel à réaliser. Ce produit laissé à l'état naturel, qui contient du miel, peut être utilisé, de préférence, comme matière à tartiner ainsi que comme matière de départ pour la production de médicaments naturels et comme additif pour la production de produits de boulangerie et de pâtisserie ainsi que de müsli et de flocons de maïs, de produits laitiers et de crèmes glacées, dans la production de boissons et comme additif pour plats semi-préparés et prêts à la consommation.
