A moisture permeability measuring method comprising the steps of measuring the weight of a specimen in constant temperature and humidity room without taking out the specimen from the constant temperature and humidity room to the atmosphere and without being affected by vibration and objectively evaluating the results of the weight measurement by detecting the state of the water vapor permeating a sample and the temperature of stored water; a moisture permeability measuring device, wherein a precision electronic scale (7) is installed on a damping stand (6) set in the constant temperature and humidity room (P), the weight of the specimen (T) in which the sample (2) is installed on a measuring cup (1) containing water (W) is measured by the precision electronic scale and the measured results are converted into a moisture permeability, the measuring cup (1) comprising a cup main body (10) and a retaining ring (11), thermocouples (40) immersed in water being installed through the peripheral wall part of the cup main body, and a temperature-humidity sensor (41) being attached to extend to a space (15) between the water surface and the sample.

Cette méthode de mesure de la perméabilité à l'humidité consiste à peser une éprouvette dans une pièce à température et humidité constantes et ce, sans la sortir de cette pièce ni la mettre en contact avec l'atmosphère, l'évaluation du poids de l'éprouvette n'étant pas perturbée par des phénomènes vibratoires. Cette méthode permet d'estimer objectivement les résultats de la pesée par détection de l'état de la vapeur d'eau pénétrant un échantillon et par mesure de la température de l'eau stockée. Le dispositif de mesure de la perméabilité à l'humidité comprend une balance électronique (7) placée sur un support amortisseur (6) installé dans la pièce à température et humidité constantes (P). On mesure avec précision, à l'aide de la balance électronique, le poids de l'éprouvette (T) contenant l'échantillon (2) sur une coupelle de mesure (1) contenant de l'eau (W) et les résultats de cette mesure sont convertis en valeur de perméabilité à l'humidité. La coupelle de mesure (1), qui comprend un corps principal (10) et un anneau de retenue (11), renferme des thermocouples (40), immergés dans l'eau et disposés sur la paroi périphérique du corps, ainsi qu'un capteur de température et d'humidité (41), placé de manière à occuper l'espace (15) existant entre la surface de l'eau et l'échantillon.
