A concentration device using magnetic particles and a method therefor, capable of concentrating efficiently and positively a large volume of liquid with a simple structure and on a small device scale, the device comprising a sucking liquid passage permitting a sucking-direction passing only of liquid, a discharging liquid passage permitting a discharging-direction passing only of liquid, a magnetic force means capable of imparting and removing a magnetic field, which can separate magnetic particles, that have captured directly or indirectly object matters suspending in the liquid, by attracting the particles into the liquid passages, to and from the inside of at least one of the liquid passages from the outside of the at least one of the liquid passages, a storing unit communicating with each of the liquid passages, for storing sucked liquid, and a pressure regulation means for regulating a pressure in the storing unit, for sucking and discharging of the liquid.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de concentration utilisant des particules magnétiques et un procédé afférent, capable de concentrer efficacement et positivement un grand volume de liquide avec une structure simple et à l'échelle d'un petit dispositif, le dispositif comprenant un passage aspirant le liquide permettant le passage du liquide dans le sens d'aspiration uniquement, un passage de décharge de liquide permettant le passage du liquide dans le sens de décharge uniquement, un moyen de force magnétique capable de conférer et de supprimer un champ magnétique, lequel peut séparer des particules magnétiques, ayant capturé directement ou indirectement des matières objets en suspension dans le liquide, par attraction des particules à l'intérieur des passages de liquide, vers et en provenance de l'intérieur d'au moins un des passages de liquide à partir de l'extérieur d'au moins un des passages de liquide, une unité de stockage communiquant avec chacun des passages de liquide destinée à stocker le liquide aspiré, et un moyen de régulation de la pression destiné à réguler une pression régnant dans l'unité de stockage, afin d'aspirer et de décharger le liquide.
