A motion converting device capable of diversifying such as a reduction in size, increase in efficiency, reduction in cost, and others, wherein a supporting member is installed in a specified plane limited by a first direction and a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, an oscillation vane is cantilevered by the supporting member so that it extends in a third direction perpendicular to the specified plane, the oscillating vane has first and second surfaces perpendicular to each other in an oscillating direction, both surfaces guide the flow of fluid, the free end part side of the oscillating vane is oscillated more vigorously than a root part side, and a guide means guides the oscillating motion of the root part through the supporting member so that the oscillating vane is moved oscillatingly.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de conversion de mouvement permettant des modifications telle qu'une diminution de l'ampleur, une augmentation du rendement, une réduction des coûts etc. Un élément de support est installé dans un plan déterminé délimité par une première direction et par une seconde direction perpendiculaire à la première. Un ailette oscillante est montée en porte-à-faux sur l'élément de support de manière à s'avancer dans une troisième direction perpendiculaire au plan déterminé. L'ailette oscillante présente une première et une seconde surface perpendiculaires l'une à l'autre dans une direction oscillatoire, ces deux surfaces guidant l'écoulement de fluide. Le côté libre de l'ailette oscillante oscille de manière plus forte que le côté ancré et des moyens de guidage guident le mouvement oscillatoire de la partie d'ancrage via le support de manière à entraîner l'ailette dans un mouvement oscillatoire.
