Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Selektion von monoklonalen Antikörpern, umfassend die Fusion von B-Lymphozyten mit Myelomzellen zu Antikörper-produzierenden Hybridomzellen, wobei die Antikörper auf der Zelloberfläche der Hybridomzellen mittels eines Antikörper-Bindeproteins präsentiert werden, und die Bindung der Antikörper an Antigene. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung hierfür verwendbare Mittel.

The present invention relates to a method for selecting monoclonal antibodies. The method comprises the fusion of B-lymphocytes with myeloma cells to form hybridome cells that produce antibodies. The antibodies are presented on the cell surface of the hybridome cells by an antibody-binding protein. The invention also relates to the binding of antibodies to antigens and to means which can be used therefor.

L'invention concerne un procédé de sélection d'anticorps monoclonaux, qui comprend comme étapes la fusion de lymphocytes B avec des cellules de myélome pour donner lieu à des cellules d'hybridome produisant des anticorps. Les anticorps sont présentés sur la surface cellulaire des cellules d'hybridome au moyen d'une protéine de combinaison d'anticorps. Cette opération est suivie de la combinaison des anticorps avec des antigènes. L'invention concerne en outre les moyens pouvant être utilisés à cet effet.
