Wasch- oder reinigungsaktive Formkörper, insbesondere Tabletten wie Waschmitteltabletten, Geschirrspülmitteltabletten, Fleckensalztabletten oder Wasserenthärtungstabletten genügen durch den Einsatz der erfindungsgemäßen Hilfsmittelgranulate hinsichtlich ihrer Zerfallsgeschwindigkeit den Erfordernissen für den Gebrauch in Haushaltswaschmaschinen. Die erfindungsgemäßen Hilfsmittelgranulate enthalten 50 bis 99 Gew.-% eines oder mehrerer Polymere mit einer Molmasse von mindestens 1000 gmol-1 sowie 1 bis 50 Gew.-% eines oder mehrerer Lösevermittler mit einer Löslichkeit von mehr als 200 g pro Liter Wasser bei 20 °C und/oder eines oder mehrerer Stoffe mit einer Öladsorptionskapazität von mehr als 20 g pro 100 g und sind herkömmlichen Desintegrationshilfsmitteln auf Cellulosebasis hinsichtlich ihrer physikalischen und waschtechnischen Eigenschaften überlegen.

The invention relates to moulded bodies having detergent and cleaning action, especially tablets such as those consisting of detergent, dishwashing product, stain remover or water-softener. Thanks to the use of the inventive additive granules, the disintegration rate of said tablets meets the requirements for use in domestic washing machines. Said additive granules contain 50 to 99 percent by weight of one more polymers with a molar mass of at least 1,000 gmol-1 and 1 to 50 percent by weight of one or more solvents having a solubility of more than 200g per l/w at 20° C and/or of one or more substances having an oil adsorption capacity of more than 20g per 100g. The inventive additive granules are superior to known cellulose-based disintegrating additives with regard to their physical and washing properties.

L'invention concerne des corps moulés à effet détergent ou nettoyant, notamment des pastilles telles que des pastilles détergentes, des pastilles à base de produits pour laver la vaisselle, des pastilles de sel régénérant ou des pastilles anti-calcaire. Ces corps moulés présentent une vitesse de désintégration satisfaisant aux exigences en matière d'utilisation dans des machines à laver de ménage, grâce à l'utilisation des granulés auxiliaires selon l'invention. Ces granulés auxiliaires contiennent entre 50 et 99 % en poids d'un ou de plusieurs polymères dont la masse molaire est d'au moins 1000 gmol-1, ainsi qu'entre 1 et 50 % en poids d'un ou de plusieurs solvants dont la solubilité est supérieure à 200 g par litre à 20 °C et/ou d'une ou de plusieurs substances dont la capacité d'adsorption de l'huile est supérieure à 20 g par 100 g. Ces granulés auxiliaires se révèlent supérieurs aux auxiliaires de désintégration habituels à base de cellulose, en termes de propriétés physiques et lavantes.
