A device for hydrogenation-refining hydrocarbon stock oil containing sulfur-containing compounds, comprising a first catalyst layer (33), a second catalyst layer (38), an upper space (34) for separating gaseous components from liquid components, a lower space (36) and a valve tray (35) for partitioning the upper space (34) from the lower space (36). When hydrogen discharged from a hydrogen nozzle (40) disposed in the lower space is passed through liquid components collected on the valve tray, stripping is performed on the liquid components. Hydrogen discharged from the nozzle (40) is introduced into the second catalyst layer (38) in a parallel flow with the stripped liquid components. Hydrocarbon stock oil can contain less sulfur, less nitrogen and less aromatic components than ever by means of stripping. Because of its simple construction, the hydrogenation-refining device can be easily remodeled from an existing device.

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour raffiner par hydrogénation de pétrole brut d'hydrocarbure contenant des composés soufrés, qui comporte une première couche de catalyseur (33), une deuxième couche de catalyseur (38), un espace supérieur (34) pour séparer les constituants gazeux des constituants liquides, un espace inférieur (36) et un plateau à tuyères (35) servant à séparer l'espace supérieur (34) de l'espace inférieur (36). Lorsque l'hydrogène déchargé par une buse d'hydrogène (40) située dans l'espace inférieur traverse les constituants liquides recueillis sur le plateau à tuyères, un fractionnement est mis en oeuvre sur les constituants liquides. L'hydrogène déchargé par la buse (40) est introduit dans la deuxième couche de catalyseur (38) suivant un écoulement parallèle à celui des constituants liquides fractionnés. Le fractionnement permet d'obtenir un pétrole brut d'hydrocarbure contenant des quantités de soufre, d'azote et de composants aromatiques réduites au minimum. La construction simple du dispositif de raffinage par hydrogénation permet une transformation facile de celui-ci à partir d'un dispositif existant.
