Abstract

Problem: Carbapenem compounds exhibiting excellent antimicrobial activities and peroral absorbability. Means for solving the problem: Carbapenem ester compounds represented by general formula (I), or pharmacologically acceptable derivatives thereof, wherein R2 is C1-C20 alkyl, C3-C7 cycloalkyl, or cycloalkyl(C3-C7)alkyl(C1-C6); and R3 is hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl.

Problème: trouver des composés à base de carbapenem manifestant d'excellentes activité antimicrobienne et absorbabilité perorale. Solution du problème: composés à base d'esters de carbapenem correspondant à la formule générale (I) dans laquelle R2 est alkyle C1-C20, cycloalkyle C3-C7 ou cycloalkyle (C3-C7)alkyle(C1-C6) et R3 est hydrogène ou alkyle C1-C4.
