The present invention is directed to provide a hose and its fabricating apparatus in which a tubular woven fabric (100) obtained by winding circumferential woof threads in the same direction as a line of action of circumferential tensile force is coated with a synthetic resin on the inner and outer surfaces, thereby increasing permissible internal pressure of the hose and simplifying the fabrication process. In particular, the present invention includes a synthetic resin coating unit (30) which has a synthetic resin feeding die (36) with synthetic resin feeding ports (37 and 38), and a mandril (31) with a synthetic resin passage (32), and is adapted to coat inner and outer skins (101 and 102) of the hose in a single step.

La présente invention concerne un tuyau souple et son appareil de fabrication. Dans cet appareil, un tissu tissé tubulaire (100) est obtenu en enroulant des fils de trame circonférentiels dans le même sens que la ligne d'action de la force de traction circonférentielle Ce tissu est ensuite recouvert d'une résine synthétique sur les surfaces intérieure et extérieure, ce qui permet d'augmenter la pression interne admissible du tuyau et de simplifier le procédé de fabrication. En particulier, la présente invention comprend une unité d'application de résine synthétique (30) qui comprend une filière (36) d'alimentation en résine synthétique avec des orifices d'alimentation (37) et (38) de résine, et un mandrin (31) avec un passage (32) pour la résine. Cet ensemble est adapté pour recouvrir l'intérieur et l'extérieur (101) et (102) du tuyau souple en une seule étape.
