Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Gießform insbesondere für den Spritzguß von Kunststoffteilen, bestehend aus einem ersten (1) und einem zweiten (2), im Abstand der Wandstärke des Werkstücks aneinander annäherbaren Werkzeugen, die zusammen die Negativform des Werkstücks (3) bilden, bei welcher erfindungsgemäß in mindestens einem Werkzeug (1) in Sacklöchern (4) Stifte (5) eingesetzt sind, die gegenüber der Werkzeugoberfläche (6) einen Überstand aufweisen, und der Überstand der Stifte kegelförmig ausgebildet ist. Die Kegel weisen Abplattungen (8) auf, die in geschlossenem Zustand der Werkzeuge (1, 2) an der inneren Oberfläche des gegenüberliegenden Werkzeuges (2) satt anliegen, und bei einer der Mantellinien (10, 11) liegt der Kegel (7, 7') im wesentlichen parallel zur Bewegungsrichtung der Werkzeuge (1, 2).

The invention relates to a casting mold especially for injection molding of plastic parts. Said mold consists of a first (1) and a second (2) tool which can be moved towards one another to a distance corresponding to that of the wall thickness of the work piece. Together, these tools form the negative mold of the work piece (3). According to the invention, pins (5) are inserted in at least one tool (1) in blind holes (4). Said pins protrude from the surface of the tool surface (6) and said protrusion has a conical shape. Said cones are provided with flattened sections (8) which closely contact the inner surface of the opposite tool (2) when the tools (1, 2) are closed. At one of the generating lines (10, 11) the cone (7, 7') is substantially in parallel to the direction of movement of the tools (1, 2).

Moule, en particulier pour le moulage par injection de pièces en plastique, qui comporte des première (1) et seconde (2) parties pouvant être rapprochées l'une de l'autre à une distance correspondant à l'épaisseur de la paroi de la pièce et qui forment ensemble la forme négative (3) de la pièce. Selon la présente invention, dans au moins une partie (1), des broches (5) sont installées dans des trous borgnes (4) et forment une saillie par rapport à la surface (6) de la partie, les saillies des broches ayant une forme conique. Les cônes possèdent un aplatissement (8) qui, lorsque les parties (1, 2) sont à l'état fermé, vient reposer contre la surface interne de la partie opposée (2), le cône (7, 7') étant, au niveau d'une de ses génératrices (10, 11), pratiquement parallèle au sens de déplacement des parties (1, 2).
