A scribe device, wherein a scribe main body (A) comprising a contact member (30) and vibration generating members (40) giving vibration to the contact member (30) is connected to a support part (5) of a slide mechanism (3) through vibration damping members (7) which are disposed in pairs on the right and left sides of the scribe main body (A) each of which is disposed on the upper and lower sides of the scribe main body (A), whereby, with the contact member (30) pressed against a work surface by the self weight of the scribe main body (A), the contact member (30) is moved relatively along the work surface while the vibration generating member (40) is driven so as to give vibration to the contact member (30) in order to form an engraving in the work surface, vibration of the scribe main body (A) being damped by the vibration damping members (7).

Ce dispositif de découpe comprend un corps principal (A), lequel est pourvu d'un élément de contact (30) et d'éléments producteurs de vibrations (40) induisant des vibrations dans l'élément de contact (30), et est relié à une partie support (5) d'un mécanisme coulissant (3) par l'intermédiaire d'éléments amortisseurs de vibrations (7) montés en paires sur les côtés droit et gauche du corps principal (A), chaque paire sur les côtés supérieur et inférieur de ce corps (A), de manière que, lors de la compression de l'élément de contact (30) contre une surface de travail, de par le poids lui-même du corps principal (A), l'élément de contact (30) se déplace relativement le long de la surface de travail tandis que l'élément producteur de vibration (40) est entraîné de manière à induire des vibrations dans l'élément de contact (30), afin que ce dernier grave la surface de travail, les vibration du corps principal (A) étant amorties par les éléments d'amortissement (7).
