The invention concerns an absorbent pencil comprising a stainless steel sheath (12) closed with plugs (14, 16) and containing a column of absorbent pellets (24) such as boron carbide. It further comprises a terminal hafnium bar (26) fixed to the lower plug by an entirely mechanical linkage.

Le crayon absorbant comporte une gaine (12) en acier inoxydable fermée par des bouchons (14, 16) et contenant une colonne de pastilles d'absorbant (24) tel que du carbure de bore. Il comporte également un barreau terminal (26) de hafnium fixé au bouchon inférieur par une liaison purement mécanique.
