Abstract

Verfahren zur Erfassung von Zielobjekten und zur Bestimmung deren Richtung und dgl. für ein Radargerät sowie Radargerät zur Anwendung in Kraftfahrzeugen. Bei einem Verfahren zur Erfassung von Zielobjekten und Bestimmung deren Richtung, Entfernung, Geschwindigkeit und dergleichen für ein Radargerät ist vorgesehen, daß mindestens drei Sende- und Empfangseinrichtungen für Radarstrahlen derart angeordnet werden, daß ihre Strahlfelder (a, b, c, d, e) den Detektionsbereich des Radargerätes bilden und die mindestens drei Sende- und Empfangseinrichtungen derart sukzessive aktiviert und deaktiviert werden, daß mindestens zwei benachbarte Sende- und Empfangseinrichtungen simultan aktiviert werden.

The invention relates to a method for detecting targets and for determining their direction or the like for a radar device. The invention also relates to a radar device for use in motor vehicles. According to the method for detecting targets and determining their direction, distance, speed, and the like for a radar device, the invention provides that at least three transmitting and receiving devices for radar beams are arranged such that the beam fields (a, b, c, d, e) thereof form the detection area of the radar device, and the at least three transmitting and receiving devices are successively activated and deactivated in such a manner that at least two adjacent transmitting and receiving devices are simultaneously activated.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour détecter des cibles et pour déterminer leur direction ou similaire pour un radar, ainsi qu'un radar destiné à être utilisé dans un véhicule automobile. Selon ce procédé servant à détecter des cibles et à déterminer leur direction, distance, vitesse ou similaire pour un radar, au moins trois unités d'émission et de réception destinées à des faisceaux radar sont placées de sorte que leurs champs de faisceaux (a, b, c, d, e) forment une plage de détection du radar, et lesdites unités d'émission et de réception sont successivement activées et désactivées de sorte qu'au moins deux unités d'émission et de réception adjacentes soient activées simultanément.
