Abstract

The invention concerns a pot burner and its supply adaptable to a closed fireplace transforming it into a liquid fuel fireplace. The inventive pot burner consists of two separate parts: the fuel supply comprising the intake (1), an air-liquid separator (2), an injecting tube ending in two tubes bent downwards with small diameter (30), a cooling tube (4), a retaining and protective tube (13), two protective tubes (16 and 18) or a cooler recuperating heat (49), a support (10); the combustion assembly comprising a casing (20) supplying air and supporting the firepot, a fan (22), a combustion pot (26), a receptacle (27), horizontal discs made of wire mesh or expanded metal or perforated plate (31), radial fins (36), a transparent glass-ceramic tube, a reflecting screen (47), and in one particular embodiment, air-injecting rings (41), and transparent glass-ceramic tubes (42).
