Abstract

The object of the invention is to provide a body supporting apparatus for motored compressors. In the body supporting apparatus for motored compressors of this invention, two coil springs (20 and 20') connect the seat spring (3') of a stator (3) to the seat spring (1b') of a lower casing (1b) holding the stator (3) thereon. The two coil springs (20 and 20') thus stably support the stator (3) on the lower casing (1b). A cylindrical spring guider (30) is set between the two coil springs (20 and 20'), with an annular support ring (33) being formed around the central portion of the internal surface of the guide (30) and supporting the two coil springs (20 and 20') on opposite surfaces thereof with in the guider (30). Two coil seat chambers (32) are formed in the cylindrical guider (30) at positions above and under the support ring (33) and communicate with each other through a central opening (34) of the support ring (33). The two coil springs (20 and 20') are movably received with in the two seat chambers (32), and so the elastic compressive and tensile movement of the two coil springs (20 and 20') are axially and stably guided within the associated chambers (32) of the guider (30) without being undesirably moved in a transverse direction. The body supporting apparatus for motored compressors of this invention almost completely prevents the stator support coil springs (20 and 20') from an undesirable movement in a transverse direction, thus finally preventing a transverse vibration of the stator (3) during an operation of such a motored compressor.

L'invention concerne un appareil supportant un corps pour des compresseurs à moteur. L'appareil comprend deux ressorts hélicoïdaux (20, 20') qui relient le ressort de siège (3') d'un stator (3) au ressort de siège (1b') d'un boîtier inférieur (1b) sur lequel se trouve ledit stator (3). Les deux ressorts hélicoïdaux (20, 20') maintiennent le stator (3) de manière stable sur le boîtier inférieur (1b). Un guide de ressort (30) cylindrique est placé entre les deux ressorts hélicoïdaux (20, 20'), un anneau de support (33) étant formé autour de la partie centrale de la surface intérieure dudit guide (30), et supportant les deux ressorts hélicoïdaux (20, 20') sur les surfaces opposées dudit anneau placé dans le guide (30). Deux chambres (32) de siège de ressort sont formées dans le guide cylindrique (30, au niveau de positions se trouvant au-dessus et au-dessous l'anneau de support (33), et communiquant entre elles par l'intermédiaire d'une ouverture centrale (34) de l'anneau de support (33). Les deux ressorts hélicoïdaux (20, 20') sont reçus mobiles dans les deux chambres (32) de siège, de sorte que le déplacement élastique de compression et de tension des deux ressorts hélicoïdaux (20, 20') est guidé, de manière axiale et stable, dans lesdites chambres (32) associées au guide (30), sans déplacement indésirable dans un sens transversal. L'appareil de support de corps empêche presque totalement le déplacement indésirable des ressorts hélicoïdaux (20, 20') de support de stator dans un sens transversal, ce qui finalement empêche la vibration transversale dudit stator (3) pendant le fonctionnement du compresseur à moteur.
