Abstract

The object of the invention is to provide an apparatus for noise depreciating in hermetic compressors. In the apparatus for noise depreciating for hermetic compressors of this invention, a diaphragm (45) is mounted to the interior surface of a chamber cover (40) through a welding process, thus dividing the interior of a muffling unit (30) into two chambers (31 and 31'). In a process of producing the above device, the chamber cover (40), integrated with the diaphragm (45), is locked to the top of a frame (2) having the chamber (31), with a packing (35) being interposed along the junction between the cover (40) and the frame (2). In the device of this invention, an inclined part (47) is formed along the edge of the diaphragm (45), thus allowing the diaphragm (45) to be easily and firmly integrated with the chamber cover (40) into a single structure by a welded material C during a process of welding the diaphragm (45) to the chamber cover (40). The apparatus of this invention remarkably improves work efficiency and productivity while assembling and forming such apparatus for noise depreciating in hermetic compressors.

La présente invention concerne un appareil d'amortissement de bruit dans des compresseurs hermétiques. Cet appareil comprend un diaphragme (45) monté dans la surface interne du couvercle de l'enceinte (40) par un processus de soudage, ce diaphragme permettant de diviser l'intérieur de l'unité d'amortissement de bruit (30) en deux enceintes (31, 31'). Dans un des processus de production de ce dispositif, le couvercle de l'enceinte (40), monté avec le diaphragme (45), est verrouillé à la partie supérieure d'une structure (2) comprenant l'enceinte (31), une étanchéification (35) étant placée le long de la jonction entre le couvercle (40) et la structure (2). En outre, ce dispositif comprend une partie inclinée (47) formée sur le bord du diaphragme (45) permettant de le monter facilement et fermement avec le couvercle de l'enceinte (40) pour constituer une structure unique, au moyen d'un matériau soudé (C) au cours d'un procédé de soudage du diaphragme (45) au couvercle de l'enceinte (40). Par ailleurs, le procédé de cette invention permet d'améliorer de façon remarquable l'efficacité et la productivité du travail lors de l'assemblage et la fabrication d'appareils d'amortissement de bruit dans des compresseurs hermétiques.
