Die Erfindung betrifft ein Brennstoffeinspritzventil für Brennstoffeinspritzanlagen von Brennkraftmaschinen. Das Brennstoffeinspritzventil umfasst ein elektromagnetisches Betätigungselement mit einer Magnetspule (11), mit einem rohrförmigen Innenpol (2) und mit einem äusseren Magnetkreisbauteil (5), eine eine innere Öffnung (11) aufweisende dünnwandige Ventilhülse (6) und einen bewegbaren Ventilschliesskörper (19), der mit einem einem Ventilsitzkörper (15) zugeordneten Ventilsitz (16) zusammenwirkt. Der Ventilsitzkörper (15) und der Innenpol (2) sind fest in der inneren Öffnung (11) der Ventilhülse (6) angeordnet. Der Innenpol (2) weist einen Längsschlitz (63) auf, der durch seine Herstellung mittels Rollen bzw. Biegen gebildet wird.

The invention relates to a fuel injector for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines. Said fuel injector comprises an electromagnetic actuating element with a magnet coil (1), a tubular inner pole (2) and an outer magnetic circuit component (5), a thin-walled valve sleeve (6) having an inner opening (11) and a mobile valve closing body (19) which cooperates with a valve seat (16) which is assigned to a valve seat body (15). The valve seat body (15) and inner pole (2) are fixedly positioned in the inner opening (11) of the valve sleeve (6). The inner pole (2) has a longitudinal slit (63) which is formed by the production of said pole by rolling or bending.

L'invention concerne une soupape d'injection de carburant pour installations d'injection de carburant de moteurs à combustion interne. La soupape d'injection de carburant comprend un élément d'actionnement électromagnétique pourvu d'une bobine magnétique (11) comportant un pôle intérieur (2) tubulaire et un composant de circuit magnétique (5) extérieur, une douille de soupape (6) à paroi mince, présentant une ouverture (11) intérieure, et un obturateur (19) mobile qui coopère avec un siège de soupape (16) associé à un corps de siège de soupape (15). Le corps de siège de soupape (15) et le pôle intérieur (2) sont montés fixes dans l'ouverture (11) intérieure de la douille de soupape (6). Le pôle intérieur (2) présente une fente longitudinale (63) qui résulte de la production dudit pôle par enroulement ou cintrage.
