Ein dreidimensional strukturiertes Faserflächengebilde aus senkrecht zur Flächenebene alternierend vorliegenden Endlosfilament-Schichten und damit flächen- oder punktförmig thermisch fest verbundenen, dichteren Kurzfaserschichten, wobei die weitmaschigen Endlosfilament-Schichten ein Gelege, Gitter oder Netz darstellen, weist auf den Kurzfaserschichten sich wiederholende, falten- oder wellenförmige Erhebungen auf. Im Herstellungsverfahren werden alle Schichten des Laminats zusammen einem Schrumpfungsprozeß bei einer Temperatur unterworfen, welche zwischen dem Erweichungs- und dem Schmelzbereich des Gelege-Werkstoffs liegt.

The invention relates to a flat nonwoven fiber aggregate with three-dimensional structure which consists of filament layers which alternate perpendicularly to the plane of the surface and layers of denser short fibers which are thermally bound to said filament layers in a flat or dotwise manner. Said wide-meshed filament layers represent a loose structure, a grid or a web. Said layer of short fibers are characterized by repetitive crease- or wave-shaped elevations. According the inventive method, all layers of the laminate are subjected to a common shrinkage process at a temperature that lies between the softening and the melting temperature of the material of the loose structure.

L'invention concerne une surface textile structurée en trois dimensions comprenant des couches de filaments sans fin disposés en alternance perpendiculairement au plan de la surface, ainsi que des couches de fibres courtes plus denses, solidarisées aux précédentes par voie thermique de manière planiforme ou ponctuelle. Les couches de filaments sans fin à mailles larges forment une structure, un treillis ou un réseau. L'invention se caractérise en ce que des élévations répétées en forme de plis ou de vagues sont présentes sur les couches à fibres courtes. Selon le précédé de production, toutes les couches du stratifié sont soumises conjointement à un processus de contraction à une température se situant entre le point de ramollissement et le point de fusion du matériau textile.
