Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for surface coating of apparatuses or parts of apparatuses used in chemical manufacturing. Walls of apparatuses, walls of containers and walls of reactors, dischargers, fixtures, pumps, filters, compressors, centrifuges, columns, dryers, comminuting machines, internal fittings and combinations are examples for said apparatuses or parts of apparatuses. The inventive method is characterised in that a metal layer or a metal polymer dispersion layer is currentlessly deposited on the apparatus/es or parts of apparatuses to be coated by contacting the parts to a metal electrolytic solution which contains a reduction means and optionally the dispersed polymer or polymer mixture in addition to the metal electrolyte, whereby at least one polymer is halogenated.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour appliquer un revêtement sur la surface d'appareils ou de parties d'appareils utilisés pour la construction d'installations chimiques, à savoir des parois d'appareils, de contenants et de réacteurs, des dispositifs de distribution, des robinetteries, des pompes, des filtres, des compresseurs, des centrifugeuses, des colonnes, des dispositifs de séchage, des broyeurs, des éléments encastrés, des éléments de remplissage, et des organes de mélange. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce que l'on dépose sans courant une couche de métal ou une couche de dispersion métal-polymère sur les appareils ou parties d'appareils à revêtir, en mettant en contact les parties à revêtir avec une solution électrolytique métallique qui contient sous forme dispersée, outre l'électrolyte métallique, un agent de réduction ainsi qu'éventuellement un polymère ou un mélange de polymères à déposer, au moins un polymère étant halogéné.
(DE) Verfahren zur Oberflächenbeschichtung von Apparaten und Apparateteilen für den chemischen Anlagenbau - darunter sind beispielsweise Apparate-, Behälter- und Reaktorwandungen, Austragsvorrichtungen, Armaturen, Pumpen, Filter, Verdichter, Zentrifugen, Kolonnen, Trockner, Zerkleinerungsmaschinen, Einbauten, Füllkörper und Mischorgane zu verstehen - gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass man eine Metallschicht oder eine Metall-Polymer-Dispersionsschicht auf dem oder den zu beschichtenden Apparaten oder Apparateteilen stromlos abscheidet, indem man die Teile mit einer Metall-Elektrolytlösung kontaktiert, die neben dem Metall-Elektrolyten ein Reduktionsmittel sowie optional das abzuscheidende Polymer oder Polymergemisch in dispergierter Form enthält, wobei mindestens ein Polymer halogeniert ist.
