Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung beladbarer Kunststoffschäume, wobei man zu wenigstens einem thermoplastischen Basispolymeren ein chemisches Treibmittel gibt, die Masse schmilzt, vor und/oder nach dem Schmelzen mischt, und die Mischung unter Bildung eines schüttfähigen, porösen Trägermaterials abkühlt, mit der Massgabe, dass man in einem Extruder oder mehrwelligen Kneter-Extruder arbeitet und wenigstens zeitweise ein inertes Gas in die Schmelze von Basispolymer und chemischem Treibmittel einleitet und wobei man das chemische Treibmittel auswählt aus der Gruppe der Diazoverbindungen, N-Nitrosoverbindungen, Sulfohydrazide, Harnstoffderivate, Guanidinderivate, Borhydrid/Wasser-Systeme, Carbonate und Hydrogencarbonate.

The invention relates to a method of producing chargeable plastic foams. According to the inventive method, a chemical expanding agent is added to at least one thermoplastic base polymer. The mass is molten, mixed before and/or after melting, and the mixture is cooled, whereby a bulky, porous carrier material is formed, with the proviso that an extruder or multi-screw kneader-extruder is used and that at least intermittently an inert gas is fed to the melt consisting of the base polymer and the chemical expanding agent. The chemical expanding agent is selected from the group of the diazo compounds, N-nitroso compounds, sulfohydrazides, urea derivatives, guanidine derivatives, hydroboron/water systems, carbonates and hydrocarbonates.

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire des mousses synthétiques pouvant être chargées, selon lequel on ajoute un agent porogène chimique à au moins un polymère thermoplastique de base. La matière est fondue, mélangée avant et/ou après la fusion et le mélange obtenu est refroidi de manière à former un matériau support poreux en vrac, sous réserve d'utiliser une extrudeuse ou une malaxeuse-extrudeuse et d'injecter au moins par moments un gaz inerte dans la matière fondue de polymère de base et d'agent porogène chimique. L'agent porogène chimique est sélectionné dans le groupe des composés diazo, des composés N-nitroso, des sulfohydrazides, des dérivés d'urée, des dérivés de guanidine, des systèmes hydrure de bore/eau, des carbonates et des carbonates d'hydrogène.
