Abstract

The invention relates to a process and a facility for manufacturing and filling multiple-cavity sacks and to a sack produced according to said process. A longitudinal sleeve produced from a plastic sheet is divided into at least two cavities by means of welds made between the two opposite parts, said sleeve being sealed on the bottom, filled by means of filling conduits and closed and sealed for separation. The facility has a shaping and filling column that is fed by a plastic sheet bobbin and a series of tensioning and rectifying elements for the trajectory of the plastic sheet. Said column is initially tubular and then bitubular in a second section. Traction, welding and cutting elements and a filling hopper with multiple entries are also provided. The sack thus produced consists of the plastic laminated band having a least two cavities formed by the overlapping of said band, a weld in the area of the perimeter where said band is not folded and other central welds that divide it into at least two different inner areas. Said sack is filled by the same shaping column. The invention can be used in the production and filling of sacks with powdery, granular or pasty materials.

A partir de une lámina de material plástico se produce una manga longitudinal, que es dividida en al menos dos cavidades por medio de soldaduras entre dos de las partes enfrentadas, sellada en su parte inferior, llenada por medio de unos conductos de llenado, y cerrada procediento una vez sellado a su separación. La instalación dispone una columna de conformación y llenado, alimentada por medio de una bobina de lámina de material plástico con una serie de tensores y rectificadores de la trayectoria realizada por la lámina de plástico. Dicha columna es tubular en su inicio, pasando a ser bitubular en una segunda zona, disponiéndose también elementos de arrastre, soldadura y corte, así como una tolva de llenado, de múltiple entrada. El saco obtenido está formado por la banda laminar de material plástico que presenta al menos dos cavidades formadas por el solapamiento de dicha banda, una soldadura en la zona del périmetro en donde no se produce el pliegue de la dicha banda, y otras soldaduras centrales que lo dividen en al menos dos zonas interiores diferenciadas. Dicho saco es llenado por la misma columna de conformación. De aplicación en la producción y llenado de sacos con materiales pulverulentos, granulares o pastosos.

L'invention concerne un procédé et une installation pour la fabrication et le remplissage de sacs à multiples cavités et un sac ainsi obtenu. A partir d'une feuille de plastic on obtient un tube longitudinal divisé en au moins deux cavités grâce à des soudures entre deux des parties opposées, la partie inférieure étant scellée. On remplit la feuille grâce à des conduits de remplissage, on la ferme de manière hermétique pour la séparer ensuite. L'installation est équipée d'une colonne de mise en forme et de remplissage alimentée par une bobine de feuille de plastic avec une série d'éléments de tension et de correction de la trajectoire suivie par la feuille de plastic. Cette colonne est d'abord tubulaire puis bitubulaire dans une seconde zone et pourvue d'éléments de traction, de soudure et de coupe ainsi que d'une trémie de remplissage multi-entrées. Le sac ainsi obtenu est formé par la bande lamellaire de plastic qui présente au moins deux cavités formées par le recouvrement de cette bande, une soudure sur le pourtour où la bande est pliée et d'autres soudures centrales qui le divise au moins en deux zones intérieures différenciées. Ce sac est rempli par la même colonne de mise en forme. L'invention trouve une application dans la production et le remplissage de sacs avec des matières pulvérulentes, granulaires ou pâteuses.
