Zwei Werkstoffe mit unterschiedlichen Festigkeitseigenschaften werden in einer zur Formgebung dienenden Form zu einem Verbundkörper miteinander verbunden. Die Verbundwirkung zwischen den beiden Werkstoffen kann durch chemisch/physikalische Verbundmechanismen und/oder äußere Profilgebungen hergestellt werden, insbesondere durch Hinterschneidungen. Durch Ausnutzung der Eigenwärme eines Werkstoffs kann die Verbundwirkung wesentlich gefördert werden.

Two materials with different strength characteristics are joined in a mould used for moulding such that they form a composite part. Bonding of the two materials can be achieved by chemical/physical bonding mechanisms and/or via external shapes, in particular undercuts.he bonding effect can be accelerated significantly by making use of the sensible heat of one of the materials.

Deux matières, présentant des propriétés de résistance différentes, sont liées l'une à l'autre, dans un moule de façonnage pour former un corps composite. On lie les deux matières entre elles, grâce à des mécanismes de liaison physico-chimiques et/ou par profilage extérieur, notamment par formation de contre-dépouilles. On peut favoriser la liaison, de manière significative, en utilisant la chaleur propre d'une des matières.
