The invention concerns a method which consists in: a) producing a preform (1, 2, 10) of the two mechanical parts (1, 2), wherein the two parts are assembled by at least a frangible link (10), in a position relatively spaced from their final assembling position; b) opening a two-part (7', 8') mould for producing the linking component (3) by overmoulding the mechanical parts (1, 2) and setting said preform (1, 2, 10) in said mould such that, when it is subsequently closed, the mould breaks the frangible link (10) et drives the two mechanical parts into their final assembling position; and c) closing the mould (7', 8') and injecting the moulding material into the mould to form the mechanical assembly (1, 2, 3). The invention is applicable to an anti-vibration mechanical assembly.

Suivant ce procédé, a) on réalise une préforme 1, 2, 10) des deux pièces mécaniques (1, 2), dans laquelle ces deux pièces sont assemblées par au moins une liaison frangible (10), dans une position relative écartée de leur position finale d'assemblage, b) on ouvre un moule en deux parties (7', 8') propre à réaliser la pièce de liaison (3) par surmoulage des pièces mécaniques (1, 2) et on installe ladite préforme (1, 2, 10) dans ledit moule de manière que, lors de sa fermeture ultérieure, le moule brise la liaison frangible (10) et entraîne les pièces mécaniques (1, 2) dans leur position finale d'assemblage, et c) on ferme le moule (7', 8') et on injecte le matériau moulable dans le moule pour constituer l'ensemble mécanique (1, 2, 3). Application à un ensemble mécanique anti-vibrations.
