Abstract
(EN)
A liquid coolant nozzle (3) for a machine tool comprising: a) an inner peripheral wall (15), b) an internal flange (23) formed on the inner peripheral wall (15) for supporting an inner side flow path, c) an upper frame structure comprising a ceiling surface for allowing liquid coolant flowing out upwardly from the inner side flow path to flow radially on a plane and an outer peripheral wall (17) for bending the flowing liquid downward to allow it to flow down and forming an outer side flow path jointly with the outer wall surface of the flange (23), at least one portion of the wall surface being provided with a flow-disturbing recess (27), and d) a lower frame structure (19) forming a flow guide bed for guiding centripetally the liquid coolant, which has reached the lower end of the outer peripheral wall (17), via at least one-stage step difference disposed below the flange (23); whereby e) a waterfall-like liquid coolant veil of a tubular or inverted cone shape surrounding a cutting edge can be formed by allowing the liquid coolant to flow down using the inner peripheral edge of the flow guide bed as a circular top of a waterfall (28).

La présente invention concerne un buse (3) à réfrigérant liquide destiné à une machine outil, comprenant a) une paroi périphérique interne (15), b) un épaulement interne (23) formé sur la paroi périphérique interne (15) destiné à former un chemin d'écoulement latéral interne, c) une structure cadre supérieure comprenant une surface plafond permettant au réfrigérant liquide sortant du chemin d'écoulement latéral interne par le haut, de s'écouler radialement sur une paroi périphérique extérieure plane (17), et d'incurver la course du liquide la dirigeant vers le bas, cette structure formant conjointement avec la surface de paroi extérieur de l'épaulement (23) un chemin d'écoulement latéral extérieur. La buse de la présente invention comprend aussi une rainure (27) pratiquée sur au moins une partie de la surface de paroi perturbant l'écoulement, et d) une structure cadre inférieure (19) formant un lit guide d'écoulement qui, via au moins une étape palier située sous l'épaulement (23), permet un écoulement centripète du réfrigérant liquide ayant atteint l'extrémité inférieure de la paroi périphérique extérieure (17), permettant à cet endroit de former un voile de réfrigérant liquide semblable à une chute d'eau, de forme conique inversée ou tubulaire, entourant une extrémité de découpe, par le fait que le réfrigérant liquide s'écoule vers le bas en empruntant l'extrémité périphérique interne du lit guide d'écoulement comme un haut circulaire de chute d'eau (28).
