The present invention relates to a method for determining parameters of a rolling shear mechanism according to technical requirements, including steps: (1) establishing a model in which $g(D)1 refers to the variable distance between the tip of the upper blade and its projection on the plane of the lower blade, $g(D)2 refers to the variable distance between the tip of the lower blade and its projection on the plane of the upper blade, the absolute value of $g(D)1 plus $g(D)2 is less than or equal to the permitted maximum range $g(D)max of the side clearances between the plate to be sheared and the upper or lower blades when the plate is in its minimum thickness $g(d)min; (2) writing shear models of design variables for the six parameters to be determined by using the established model in optimized computing; (3) changing the shear models into objective models; (4) evaluating, according to the objective model, the rotary radius RD and RG of the lower and upper blades, the distance HO between the axles of the blades, the eccentric distance E between the axles of the blades, the clined angle $g(U)C and $g(U)K of the lower and upper blades, respectively.

L'invention concerne un procédé de détermination de paramètres d'un mécanisme de cisaille rotative selon des conditions requises techniques consistant 1) à établir un modèle dans lequel $g(D)1 désigne la distance variable séparant la pointe de la lame supérieure et son prolongement sur le plan de la lame inférieure, $g(D)2 désigne la distance variable séparant la pointe de la lame inférieure et son prolongement sur le plan de la lame supérieure, la valeur absolue de $g(D)1 et $g(D)2 est inférieure ou égale à la plage maximale autorisée $g(D)max. des dégagements latéraux entre la plaque à cisailler et les lames supérieure ou inférieure lorsque la plaque présente une épaisseur minimale $g(d)min; 2) à écrire des modèles de cisaillement de conceptions variables pour six paramètres à déterminer grâce au modèle défini en utilisant un équipement informatique optimal; 3) à améliorer ce modèle de cisaille pour obtenir le modèle définitif; 4) à évaluer selon le modèle définitif le rayon Rd et Rg des lames supérieure et inférieure, les distances Ho entre les axes des lames, la distance excentrique E entre les axes des lames et les inclinaisons des parties de lames supérieure et inférieure $g(U)C et $g(U)K.
