When processing measurement data on slabs obtained by multi-slap measurement of 3D-TOF, weighted pieces of data on overlapped portions of the slabs are added together for each same slice position. The weight function is determined by calculation according to preset measurement parameters, and expresses the slab profile or a curve approximating to the same. Data after weighted addition is normalized ot restructure an image. The signal difference between the slabs of the obtained image is suppressed.

Lors du traitement de données de mesure se rapportant à des pavés d'image résultant d'une mesure due TOF 3D portant sur plusieurs pavés, on ajoute à chaque position identique de tranche des données partielles pondérées concernant les zones de chevauchement des pavés. Pour effectuer la pondération, on fait un calcul intégrant des paramètres de mesure préalablement définis, puis on exprime le profil du pavé ou une courbe approchant ce profil. Les données après addition pondérée sont normalisées pour restructurer une image. La différence de signal entre les pavés de l'image résultante disparaît.
