Abstract
(EN)
The present invention is embodied generally in an extruder for dispensing multiple layers of a comestible material. The extruder is preferably of the rotary type and comprises at least two delivery channels, each channel adapted to provide a continuous flow of comestible material. The channels connect to at least one chamber network adapted to align and assemble the comestible materials from the at least two delivery channels. An opening dispenses a unit of comestible wherein the unit includes at least two layers of comestible material.

De manière générale, l'invention concerne un extrudeur destiné à distribuer des couches multiples d'une matière comestible. L'extrudeur est de préférence du type rotatif et comprend au moins deux canaux d'acheminement, chaque canal étant conçu pour assurer un flux continu d'une matière comestible. Les canaux sont reliés avec au moins un réseau de chambres servant à aligner et à assembler les matières comestibles à partir d'au moins deux canaux d'acheminement. Une ouverture permet la distribution des matières comestibles à partir d'au moins deux canaux d'acheminement. Une ouverture sert à la distribution d'unités de produits comestibles, ces unités comprenant au moins deux couches de matière comestible.
