A mammal is disclosed which has engrafted cells from another mammalian species. The chimera exhibits sustained proliferation of the engrafted human cells. A process for production of the chimeras also is disclosed.

L'invention concerne un mammifère ayant subi une greffe cellulaire provenant d'autres espèces animales. Cette chimère fait preuve d'une prolifération soutenue de cellules humaines greffées. Fait aussi l'objet de cette invention un procédé de production de chimères.
