Es wird ein Elektromotor mit elektromagnetischer Bremse vorgeschlagen, insbesondere für einen Winkelschleifer, der einen Stator (11) mit wenigstens einem Polpaar hat, dessen wenigstens einer Pol (14) einen nach innen zum Rotorumfang gerichteten Polschuh (15) aufweist und von einer Ständerwicklung (20) umgeben ist, wobei der Pol (14) eine Bremseinrichtung (22) zum Abbremsen eines Rotors (12) aufnimmt, die ein Bremselement (23) umfasst, das durch das magnetische Feld der Ständerwicklung (20) entgegen einer Bremskraft (33) verstellbar ist. Das Bremselement (23) ist erfindungsgemäss als Wippe ausgebildet, die aussermittig mit der Bremskraft (33) beaufschlagt ist. Infolge des aussermittigen Kraftangriffs lässt sich das Bremselement (23) mit einem Ausrückarm (30) derart im magnetischen Fluss der Ständerwicklung (20) anordnen, dass ein hohes Ausrückmoment erzielbar ist.

The invention relates to an electric motor with electromagnetic brake which is used notably for an angle grinder and comprises a stator (11) having at least one pole pair. The at least one first pole (14) has a pole shoe (15) facing inwards towards the rotor circumference and is surrounded by a stator winding (20). Said pole (14) houses a brake device (22) which serves to brake a rotor (12) and comprises a brake element (23) which via the magnetic field of the stator winding (20) can be adjusted against a brake force (33). According to the invention the brake element (23) is configured as a rocker which is eccentrically subjected to the brake force (33). Owing to the eccentric force application the brake element (23) can be arranged with a release arm (30) in the magnetic flux of the stator winding (20) in such a way that a high release torque can be obtained.

L'invention concerne un moteur électrique pourvu d'un frein électromagnétique, destiné en particulier à une meuleuse d'angle, qui comporte un stator (11), pourvu d'au moins une paire de pôles, dont au moins un pôle (14) présente une pièce polaire (15) dirigée vers l'intérieur, vers la périphérie du rotor, et est entouré par un enroulement de stator (20). Ledit pôle (14) loge un dispositif de freinage (22) servant au freinage d'un rotor (12), dispositif qui comprend un élément de freinage (23) qui peut être déplacé à l'encontre d'une force de freinage (33), par le champ magnétique de la bobine de stator (20). L'élément de freinage (23) se présente, selon l'invention, sous la forme d'une bascule qui est soumis à l'action de la force de freinage (33) de façon excentrée. Etant donné que la force s'exerce de façon excentrée, l'élément de freinage (23) peut être placé, avec un bras d'arrêt (30), dans le champ magnétique de l'enroulement de stator (20), de telle sorte qu'un couple d'arrêt élevé peut être obtenu.
