Abstract

A diaphragm actuator valve with a keeper element (55) for controlling the number of active coils of coil elements (101, 103, 105, 107, 109, 111, 113, 115) in an actuator spring (23), thus controlling the spring tension. The apparatus is a diaphragm operated process flow valve, the valve comprising a valve stem (33), a valve plug (35), and a valve seat (37). The actuator is a diaphragm element (11) operatively associated with the valve stem (33). A housing (21) with an internal profile surrounds the spring (23) for locating the keeper element (55) at various positions within the housing (21) for adjusting the spring sensitivity and the sensitivity of the valve plug (35) against the valve seat (37).

L'invention porte sur une vanne à actionneur à membrane munie d'une cheville d'arrêt (55) permettant de sélectionner le nombre des spires (101, 103, 105, 107, 109, 111, 113, 115) actives du ressort de l'actionneur (23), et par là, sa tension. Ladite vanne commandée par une membrane agissant sous l'effet d'un fluide comprend une tige (33) d'obturateur, un obturateur (35) et un siège (37). L'actionneur est une membrane (11) solidaire de la tige (33). Le corps de vanne comporte une rainure intérieure entourant le ressort (23), où s'engage la cheville d'arrêt (55) qui peut prendre diverses positions dans le corps (21), ce qui permet de régler la force du ressort, et donc la pression de l'obturateur (35) sur le siège (37).
