Abstract

A switching valve for a high-pressure gas container, which cantains a gas overflow preventing part, comprises a valve body (1), a gas inlet (106), a gas outlet (107), a handle (104) for rotating an axial bar (103) coupled with device (102) for opening or closing the valve manually, a float (2), and a support plate (3) having through-holes (301). Different forms of floats with and without a spring (202) are proposed. Under normal conditions the float (2) is resting on the support plate (3). During sudden temporary drops in the downstream pressure, due to e.g. leakage of the gas line, float (2) is pressed downstream against a seat and closes the valve.

L'invention concerne un robinet de commutation pour un récipient de gaz haute pression, doté d'un élément empêchant les fuites de gaz. Cet robinet comprend un corps (1), une entrée (106) de gaz, une sortie (107) de gaz, une poignée (104) permettant de tourner une tige (103) axiale reliée à un dispositif (102) permettant l'ouverture ou la fermeture manuelle de la vanne, un flotteur (2), et une plaque (3) de support présentant des orifices (301) traversants. Différentes formes de flotteurs avec ou sans ressort (202) sont proposées. Dans des conditions normales, le flotteur repose sur la plaque (3) de support. En cas de chutes soudaines et temporaires de la pression aval, résultant par exemple d'une fuite dans la ligne de gaz, le flotteur (2) est pressé vers le bas contre le siège et ferme la vanne.
