Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer ultraphoben Oberfläche auf Aluminium als Trägermaterial sowie die Verwendung dieser Oberfläche beschrieben. Bei dem Verfahren wird die Oberfläche eines Aluminiumsubstrats mit einer periodischen Mikrostruktur mit einer Tiefe von 1 bis 1000 $g(m)m versehen, die Oberfläche anschliessend, insbesondere durch anodische Oxidation eloxiert, gegebenenfalls in heissem Wasser behandelt, bei einer Temperatur von 400 bis 500 °C kalziniert, gegebenenfalls mit einer Haftvermittlerschicht beschichtet und anschliessend mit einer hydrophoben oder insbesondere oleophoben Beschichtung versehen.

The invention relates to a method for producing an ultraphobic surface on aluminium as the supporting material, and to the use of this surface. According to the invention, the surface of an aluminium substrate is provided with a periodic microstructure with a depth of 1 to 1000 $g(m)m, the surface is then anodized, especially by anodic oxidation, optionally treated in hot water, calcined at a temperature of 400 to 500 °C, optionally coated with an adhesion promoter layer and then provided with a hydrophobic or especially oleophobic coating.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire une surface ultraphobe sur un substrat en aluminium, ainsi que l'utilisation de cette surface. Selon ce procédé, la surface d'un substrat en aluminium est pourvue d'une microstructure périodique présentant une profondeur comprise entre 1 et 1000 $g(m)m, puis ladite surface est anodisée en particulier par oxydation anodique, éventuellement traitée dans l'eau chaude, calcinée à une température comprise entre 400 et 500 °C, éventuellement revêtue avec une couche d'agent adhésif, puis avec un revêtement hydrophobe ou en particulier oléophobe.
