The present invention includes uranium-bearing ceramic phase electrodes and electrolysis apparatus and electrolysis methods featuring same, including methods of metal production and the like by the electrolytic reduction of oxides or salts of the respective metals. More particularly, the invention relates to an inert type electrode composition, and methods for fabricating electrode compositions, useful in the electrolytic production of such metals. The present invention also includes an inert-type electrode composition, and methods for fabricating electrode compositions, used in processes for generating energy from fossil fuels.

La présente invention comprend des électrodes en phase céramique contenant de l'uranium et un appareil d'électrolyse, ainsi qu'un procédé d'électrolyse afférent, le procédé consistant à produire des métaux et analogues par réduction électrolytique d'oxydes ou de sels des métaux respectifs. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement une composition d'électrodes de type inerte et des procédés de fabrication de compositions d'électrodes s'utilisant dans la production électrolytique de ces métaux. La présente invention concerne également une composition d'électrodes de type inerte et un procédé de fabrication de compositions d'électrodes s'utilisant dans des procédés de génération d'énergie à partir de combustibles fossiles.
